That's also the book I read (am also based in the UK!)

Everyone is different in what the right dosage is for them. For me, I need(ed) at least 1.5-2g to feel anything noteworthy. I took slightly less than this on one occasion and it felt more like microdosing.

It sounds like your recovery is all going well. If you're still experiencing occasional problematic thoughts or ruminating, try not to worry about it or feel you've gone backwards. When you stop reacting to the thoughts, it still takes some time for the brain to realise those thoughts are no longer interesting to you. As per what they teach in Mindfulness, you first learn to become a passive spectator rather than an active resistor to the thoughts, and then they eventually lose their strength. Whether the thoughts stop once and for all isn't the goal, it's being able to watch them with total indifference. However, although accepting is the goal rather than "stopping" thoughts, IME, the thoughts do then, eventually, stop. You simply have to learn to accept them first (it sounds so easy, doesn't it?!)

Presuming your name is Marty, I responded to your comment on BuyMeACoffee. Thanks again for your kind contribution :)
