I can't help with that, unfortunately, as it wasn't therapy that helped me overcome RJ. It was a book(s) called 'You Are Not a Rock/The Mind Workout by Mark Freeman which really helped me, along with some general realisations. However, there are many therapists who deal with relationship issues/trauma/OCD etc. A good therapist with experience treating 'Pure-O' OCD will know how to treat RJ.

I still recommend people try to find a therapist even though that's not what specifically helped me. I do know of other people who have beaten RJ with therapy, so I can confirm it does work. RJ isn't easy to overcome on your own if you don't know what your underlying beliefs are which are causing it. A therapist can help you uncover these beliefs (in my opinion/experience, these beliefs are often rooted in 'fear' i.e. fear of not being loved or not being good enough for your partner).

I may write a longer article soon which can give more insight into how I overcame RJ without therapy. But I think my circumstance was a slightly unique one, so what helped me might not work for everyone. But if it's useful to share for others then I'll consider doing so.

Best of luck with your recovery and/or finding a therapist.
