Hi Johnny,

I tripped alone, but that’s not typically advised. I’m not sure where you’re based, but some countries/states offer psychedelic therapy. In the US, ketamine is popular, whereas in the UK it’s psilocybin. Both probably work (psilocybin did for me).

I strongly suggest you find a therapist if you’re really struggling. There’s a guy online who does RJ therapy. I have no connection to him (his name is Rob) but I’ve heard good things. He may be one to look into. As I said, I don’t know him, so I can’t give specifics and I can’t endorse him.

Re other tools - the only tools i used were ACT and ERP. You could say I still use ACT. There’s a great book by Mark Freeman “you are not a rock” (US version) or “The Mind workout” (UK version). Lots of great tools in there.

Since I’m sharing tools and I just shared this with someone else, this is a useful post I found on Reddit when I started suffering. It has some useful tools as well:

All the best with your recovery.

You can beat this,
Michael
