Glad to hear the thoughts are bothering you less – that's the first step and a huge win. Try to forget about "not having them" altogether, that can be an obstacle if that's the goal. Just work on acceptance and, with time, they will likely stop or at least greatly diminish.

FWIW, post-trip, I needed a framework like ACT to "integrate" the learnings and I encourage others to seek out something similar. I read a great book on ACT (You Are Not a Rock) after my trip, which gave me the tools to combine the acceptance I learned from the trip with a focus on commitment/values.

Another FWIW, I tried microdosing and it didn't do anything for me. That's not to say it won't for you, but there's growing research emerging which suggests that microdosing may simply have a placebo effect (which I guess still works).
